Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with French consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please email us at contact@gopostudio.com stating your order number, the items concerned, and your choice (exchange or refund).

2. Return Conditions (item condition)

Items must be returned in their original condition: not worn beyond a simple try‑on, unwashed, undamaged, complete with intact tags and in the original packaging (where applicable).

You may try on the item as in a store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to verify size/nature/function may result in a deduction from the refund in case of depreciation.

3. Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

Under Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • Personalized items or items made to your specifications;
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed by the customer (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings);
  • Items clearly worn or used beyond a simple try‑on.

4. Return / Exchange Procedure

  1. Notification: email contact@gopostudio.com within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Instructions: we will confirm by email the next steps and provide a shipping label to print, as well as the return address.
  3. Shipment: pack the parcel properly and drop it off according to the emailed instructions.
  4. Processing: upon receipt/proof of shipment, we proceed with the agreed exchange (different size/item) or refund, according to your choice.

5. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Gopo Studio provides a shipping label to simplify the process; the corresponding cost may be deducted from the refund or billed separately, as applicable. Optional surcharges (express, extra insurance, etc.) remain at your expense.

6. Refund

You may choose an exchange or a refund. The refund includes the price of the items and, where the original order included a shipping charge, the standard delivery cost (if applicable). Partial returns may lead to a proportional refund of the initial shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice and may be deferred until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
